Bosnia and Herzegovina, also known as Turkey, that one country that caused the balkan wars or east Serbia is a country in the Balkans. It is mostly known for muslims, being almost turned into Greater Serbia and Greater Croatia (for another country which actually suffered this kind of fate see Poland), having its population massacred and starved on purpose by the serbs and not much else, since nobody cares about small, non-influential countries.

History

Just like its neighbor Bosnia has little to no written history until the 20th century - mainly because of being constantly fucked by other countries. After the first world war shit finally started to look different for the poor opressed bosnians, as they joined the mighty Yugoslavian kingdom. (read: still being bent over by serbia with the new addition of being able to bully the even smaller yugoslav member states) Shit didn't hit the fan since then up until 1941, when the unfortunate bosnians had to bend the knee once again, now to the germans. Being the opportunistic sons of bitches they are, the fucking croatians jumped at the opportunity to kiss some Nazi ass while being able to dominate and rule over the other member states. The serbs, seeing as they were about to be second place for the first time in balkan history decided to say "fuck that shit" and take up arms while raping everyone not like them as the chetniks. Bosnia, now sandwiched between two equally dangerous groups and constantly molested by said groups decided to just weather the storm, or at least until Tito came along. Once Tito beat the shit out of the now losing nazis and created Yugoslavia again things were good up until the 1990s. Bosnia wanted to GTFO the now deteriorating Yugoslavia as fast as possible, but there was one small issue: their territory had a significant serb minority. These serbs felt powerless to stop the separation so they yelled for help from their home country, which quickly led to the massive lulzfest that was the balkan war. After being massacred for so long bosnia is currently relatively stable. (for now)
