Internet Pills is a retarded metaphorical representing a choice between learning an important truth by taking the "red pill" or remaining ignorant with the "blue pill" Most famously done in the Matrix, It has since been bastardised by Incels and other undesirables who believe taking the pills will enlighten them as to why they get no Pussy.(With luck they should Overdose on them.)
The 2 Main Types of Pills
Red Pill
True Intellectual who have seen past the facade of this world and have witnessed the truth and become enlightened.
Blue Pill
Anyone who doesn’t agree with the red pill theories (They just haven't taken the based red pill yet and are still ignorant).

- By far the most Normal Pill, They try to improve themselves in various ways, such as working out, eating healthy and practicing basic hygiene.
