The way to use those is for example:{{facebook|loldongs}} And it should give you the username and a direct FB link you can just click. At worst, you can always do a template search such as Template:Facebook, Template:Twitter, and Template:FurAffinity and it pulls up the template page with moar. My next project is to review all TV and movie articles. So in the process I will make sure I set the appropriate template when stripping categories. Either {{Television}} or {{Movies}}. I change the AOTN of most portals every time the portal's featured in the main page. If I were to archive each portal featured article in its own page, I'd make about a new page a day and that would really clutter the new pages and make it unnecessarily difficult to update BNA and GNA (I use the new pages page to update BNA and GNA). The Furfaggotry portal I am planning to refresh every 5 days or so to keep it interesting. After a while some content will need to be reused. Originally I was going to place archives in my userspace but decided against it so others could contribute or use an existing Featured Article if they desire. I'm the portal's caretaker, as well as that of most of the other portals. All three portals that have been made by me follow the same "all in one page" standard. As for putting every single article in the category in the portal, see the Social Media portal (another portal that I made). If you've ever seen the Social Media portal and compared the amount of articles in the categories to the amount of articles in the portal, you'll notice that the portal doesn't list all the articles in the categories. Sometimes as an editor the crap is demoralizing but as a visitor I never cared. That's why I avoid removing articles from portals. This wiki is simply too large to Nazi. Plus you never know when someone will be inclined to improve an article they found in a portal.

Gray is indeed the only user who rotates portals tho, so i would follow his lead on it, especially when he says that subpages makes portal rotation more difficult. Clean-ups
Yes, I do see a clear difference and improvement in your work.
Well, my first clean-up was the Emilie Autumn article. It went from 36kb to 22kb and it's about 1/2 the amount of scrolling.
My second clean-up was the pussy-whipped article. There had only been four edits of the article before mine and there were a lot of deleted pictures and files. As such, now, I added pictures and practically redid the gallery.
I would just like to know if I'm working in the right direction. Thanks.
I'll think about becoming an editor in the future, but as of now I think it's too soon (I've haven't even been on ED for 2 weeks yet). But I'll continue to add-to and clean-up existing articles and when I have built up some sort of "portfolio" of about 10 greatly improved articles, then I'll try out for it.

And you honestly can't blame them either. Reality can be quite scary and foreboding, especially if you've lived a very sheltered life. A gun is something you can physically see, you can put a label on it, you can demonize it, you can protest it, you can ban it, you can hate it...but PEOPLE on the other hand...well that really complicates things. Often to the point where those types sense of reality starts to break down and they essentially start tipping on over the edge of sanity itself...at which point their subconscious kicks in, they start chanting that "but guns kill" mantra and their shaky grasp of sanity is restored with blissful ignorance.
To help bottom line this and put it all into perspective we need only really look at two (out of millions) of examples. The first example, Kennesaw, Georgia, a town which, in 1982, passed an ordinance requiring the head of every household to have at least one gun in the house at all times. The burglary rate immediately dropped an astounding 89 percent. Ten years after the law was passed, the burglary rate was still 72 percent less than it was in 1981. Our second example comes from the city of Orlando, who responded to a wave of sexual assaults by offering firearms training classes to women...rapes dropped by nearly 90% the following year.
Yes, guns kill, but they also protect. They are a double edged sword which swings both ways, a symbol and means of power which can only be effectively matched against ITSELF. And, when matched against itself, causes a nullification of its effective power and capability, rendering it largely unsuitable and inefficient for any particular criminal pursuits.

Large images with writing
Is there are way to cycle through images like how we are able to cycle through videos and quotes?
Where you could have the main image in the center with next image and previous image links at the bottom and just click the links to 'cycle' through the pictures?
I ask because in my clean-up of the Religion, I'm finding lots of pictures that would need to be large as what's written might entice people to go through the page but if I just have lots of big pictures then it would be no better than the current page.
What would be recommended for pictures with lots of text? Flow charts and graphs for example.

There used to be a .onion website that was read only, no one was allowed to edit it due to the fact that there's no way to associate IPs to users/computers and so forth on Tor. Check out ED:TOR. Since the Tor link isn't working I would like to get it operational again, as there's certain regions in the world where ED is blocked, and Tor is the best was to get around that. Possibly EDF2 and other things that we would like to see hosted on Tor.

You may not know this, but that article was deathnoticed for a good reason.
Not only it is a shitty attack article, it also is a bad copy paste of stuff from the Something Awful page used to pad out the length. Also, if you check the Lepers Colony on Something Awful, some butthurt asshole got banned for starting pointless shit with SA mod "Call Me Abey", got banned, and basically ran here and reposted all the shit he was banned for on SA.
Further, even the guys at the Something Sensitive forums (who doxed other SA mods) know Abe is a loser, but little more than that. The whole page is an ultra shitty attack piece, and after I filled in Hipcrime on the details of why the page was bullshit, even he signed off on the deathnotice, so I'm putting it back up.
