	“	Croatian situation with the blog I contacted a Croatian lawyer just a couple of days after I got here. He first mentioned me some option going through London which I would have to pay 40,000 euro (!!!) for and which I didn't really understand but seemed really shady. How would they do that? Of course, I can't come up with that kind of cash, at least not yet. Next thing he said we could do is report the guy to the police, thus making a report which the prosector might present to the court which might send Google a notice. But my lawyer said it's not a sure thing as these crimes, while being in Penal code, are prosecuted privately by an individual's lawyer so they might not do anything. About a week later my lawyer called me and told me that an officer from a police station where he handed the report wants to talk to me. The guy explained that there's nothing they can do but send this to a prosecutor who might convince the court to write to Google but that it is not very likely as these crimes are prosecuted by private individuals and I don't even know the guy's name, just that he's from the US. I would be cautious about any of these supposed pictures and details. We know that's not his birthday, name or details. All that other stuff could be muddying the waters? I don't believe anything this guy says.

Call me paranoid, but I'm not even convinced that those pictures are of the same person. The nose and bottom lip seems much more prominent that the actual known pictures of him.

I could be wrong but I'd stay on the side of caution of adding the pictures until more confirmation.

Mother's address

Here is Marjan's class list. You will find his name under "OSMI RAZRED", ie. eighth grade

"Osnovna škola Trnjanska" means "Elementary schools in Trnjanska" where Trnjanska is inside Trnje; Trjne, itself, is inside Zagreb. Zagreb is still his location but it's somewhat vague.

Using this Croatian phone and address book, the search of Siklic will yield many results but when one includes either Trnje or Trnjanska, there is only one search result: Nada Šiklić of 10000 Zagreb, Josipa Andreisa 10 with the telephone of (01) 60 50 158. Nada would be his mother since it's feminine; meaning "Hope".

In contrast, if searches Šumski put 3 then no relevant names appear. And so it seems that Marjan gave a false address in his above IRC conversation of May 28, 2013 along perhaps with other false information. Qwb 18:40, 11 February 2015 (EST)
