Juan Luis Lagunas Rosales (a.k.a. El Pirata de Culiacán) was a 17-year-old Mexican YouTuber, internet personality and professional Brian Peppers lookalike who enjoyed making shitty videos of himself getting piss drunk and hanging with his bitches.
Unfortunately for Rosales, he eventually made the mistake of getting so drunk that he recorded a video where he tells a notorious Mexican drug lord named El Mencho (Powerword: Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes) to suck his cock. Fortunately for everyone else, he uploaded the video to YouTube like a complete retard and was promptly gunned down by the cartel.
