Hotheart123 (real name unknown) is the next Chibiyima. Just like how Chibiyima hates wolf and rooster SFXs, Hotheart is worse as she has a severe hatred, fear of, and unnatural, unhealthy, ungodly obsession with one specific scream SFX most well-known for being used several times in Rocko's Modern Life. She joined the Sound Effects Wiki in 2017 and actually edited the page about the scream, which she refers to as her "arch-nemesis," bitching about her silly, unfounded phobia and how no one else should listen to it as they have no free rights and she's apparently the queen of the world. She also doesn't like a cat sound effect and a baby sound effect, which must be the rooster to the scream's wolf. She can't go anywhere without spamming her fear of these harmless sound effects all over the place. Her Sonbreezie is General Maho, who she taught her dumb autism to. Poor Maho. However, he got a happy ending as he has outgrown his fear of the woman scream. But that isn't all. She's an ADMIN on the sound effects wiki and leads a whole army of mindless people who do her bidding and think as she thinks (At least Sonbreezie had some free will and didn't listen to Chibiyima all the time!)

Given Hotheart's usual approach to her nightmare fuel, one might assume it was deleted for the amount of profanity it contained punishing a poor, non-existent woman for existing and rightfully screaming at things the audience thinks are horrifying, which she shares their sentiments on. In fact, since Hotheart is horrifying, maybe the woman should scream at her. Because she deserves it.
