“Internet pills” references the Red Pill/Blue Pill scene, from “The Matrix,” in which Neo(nazi), played by Keanu Reeves, is offered a chance to see the world the way it really is. Since then it has been bastardised to instead refer to incels BAWWWWWWWWing about how hard they have it, although other groups have also started to use the pills terminology too.
