Chief (Devin Bharath) is an autistic 15 year old notorious Canadian script-kiddie located in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. He goes to Wexford Collegiate School for the Arts in Ontario which is a fancy school for the retarded. He is a part of the packeting-group of script-kiddies known as LizardSquad.

He claimed to have studied his fair share of packeting which, in his eyes, would make him a master at performing Layer 7 DDoS attacks. Devin would soon try to take up social engineering. After making a Skype account he made some internet friends. He would soon join a script-kiddie team full of other toddlers called Team Apparition. When his best internet friend Dollar quit, Devin had quit his alias known as "Thought".
