My Life as a Teenage Robot

My Life as a Teenage Robot is a Nickelodeon cartoon from the 2000s that in the current year is best known for its Rule 34 parody by Zone. Created by Chicago-born American Rob Renzetti in a desperate attempt to anally fist his arch-nemesis, Genndy Tartakovsky, for creating a cartoon for the rival's network, Samurai Jack. After it ran for three seasons the executives at Nickelodeon, in their "money first, feedback last" mentality, found out that most kids prefer to watch Kim trying to make out with Shego rather than a sappy cartoon about a robot girl getting caught-up in a forgettable high-school drama, and the rest of the population of the world didn't care about it.
Plot
A spark of consciousness awakens in a metallic homunculus brought into this world by an unnatural conceptual unbound to the curse of flesh and destined for a higher purpose, yet just wants to be a normal teenage girl until she hears the sounds of eco-terrorists yelling "ROBOTS WILL NOT REPLACE US!!!" and blowing up cities and robots for the sole purpose of sending humanity back to the Stone Age, or loud inaudible words of a transhumanist pastor coming from a church made entirely of cast iron sheets warning about the second coming of robo-Jesus Christ - at this point, she has to either take her role as defender of Earth more seriously or hang out with normal teenages who are into drugs, sex, angst and narcissism.
Characters
- Jenny Wakeman/XJ-9 - A rogue sex-bot made in the likeness of a 16-year-old girl.
- Nora Wakeman - A mad scientist who was too preoccupied with robotics before undergoing menopause so she had to build her own robot daughter instead.
- Brad Carbuckle - A soulless ginger and neighbor of Jenny who she considers her best friend.
- Tuck Carbuckle - Brad's naive little brother who looks just like Astroboy.
- Sheldon Oswald Lee - A nerdy mechanophile gook who has a massive mecha-boner for Jenny.
- Brit Crust - A negress with a British accent who likes to bully Jenny for being a robot. Remember: It’s okay to bully robots because they don’t have real feelings.
- Tiff Crust - Brit’s thicc and white partner in crime. She wore a pussy hat before feminists made it cool.
- Vexus - Queen bee of the enemy robo-race in the intergalactic race war. Surprisingly, not the primary subject of this show's mechanophilia… I mean damn—Have you seen that abdomen?!
- Vega - Liberal revisionist daughter of Vexus.
- Misty - Machiavellian robo-mercenary and on-and-off ally of Jenny who will fight for you as long as you shove a coin down her coin slot.
Fanbase
The cartoon's fanbase is as dead as Invader Zim and almost no one knows about this cartoon except a few hundred clanker-loving manchildren who kept keep her cold, mechanical heart alive though sexualized fanart on sites like DeviantART and Rule34.com. Jenny is likely the cause of mechanophilia among many who had a childhood in the early 2000's and is praised as their robo-sex mascot.
Zone's Porn Parody
Some fans of the show argue the reason this show has gotten popular in recent times is because of how Jenny became a character for a teenage viewer to relate to, but that's complete baloney. The real reason comes from a Flash porn parody entitled "What What? In the Robot" where instead of Crater Critters opening her head like a can opener she gets penetrated by their hard rocks. The creation all started when Zone watched a certain scene from "Last Action Zero" and got bored really fast, so she had the audacity to spice things up and present to them her work as proof that she's capable of making cartoons for kids, but things turned south when the people at Nickelodeon, even Rob himself, were revolted by raunchy sex scenes shown on the monitor and asked them to not hire her. In the end Zone released her magnum opus on the internet for everyone to see, causing some people who are dumb enough to watch this flash animation to develop a Mandela effect, and making innocent children hide themselves under mom's skirt in fear and turning them into sex-crazed robophiles in the future. Great job, Zone, great job.
