Dwarfism

One of the current in vogue mutation trends, thanks largely in part to the recent popularity of Grumpy Cat, munchkin kitties are in high demand. You can expect to pay upwards a $1,000 for one of these particular genetic fuckups.

Scottish Folds

Despite what many believe, these are not a natural breed. Every Scottish Fold shares a single common ancestor with a particular white barn cat named Susie, who was found at a farm near Coupar Angus in Perthshire, Scotland. This particular mutation not only causes flattened/malformed ears, but also causes abnormalities in bone structure allowing them to stand, sit and lay in positions that would otherwise be uncomfortable to non-mutated cats. For added hilarity, if you ever try and breed two Scottish Folds together the end result is often a gigantor genetic clusterfuck resulting in some pretty spectacular abominations.
