The Hebrew Hammer

The Hebrew Hammer is an absolutely hilarious movie from the mind of Adam Goldberg^✡ that follows the no-holds barred comedy traditions of Mel Brooks (which dictate that you can make fun of other people through stereotypes, cliche and bad jokes so long as you make fun of your own race twice as hard) and the exploitation films of the 70's.
It was made as a Holiday movie to give Jewish Children something that's actually funny to watch rather than Barbra Streisand in Yentl or the always a downer or Shindler's List because there are so few movies focusing on Jews or having them as main characters.
Like anything that is funny, the premise of the movie was ripped off and made into the retard fest best known for dwarfing Little Nikki for the honor titled You Don't Mess With The Zohan by the unfunny Adam Sandler^✡ in his eternal quest to show movie going audiences that he can be a tough and funny guy.
This movie has the distinction of being shut down by the ADL for a day when it was being filmed so they could read the script because they were convinced that a comedy with on a Jewish protagonist and written by Jewish people would some how devolve into Anti-Semitism.

Also starring is a hot Judy Greer from Archer Fame as the boom boom girl that is in all detective movies.

The Plot

The movie follows Mordechai Carver (Goldberg) who is a Jewish detective (Private Dick), who advertises himself as being "Certified and Circumcised," who is hired by the Israeli Defense Forces to stop Santa Claus' evil, racist, Anti-Semitic son Damian Clause (Andy Dick) from using the Christian holiday of Christmas as a platform to brain wash children into following his beliefs and as a front to destroy Chanukah.

Best known for the absolutely hilarious line of "SHABBAT SHALOM MOTHERFUCKERS!" That surprisingly gets unfunny rather quickly after the millionth time someone uses it as either a Pro-Jewish meme or a signature.
