Diversity Russian Roulette (a.k.a. The Diversity Immigrant Visa Program and The Diversity Lottery) is a government program in the Jewnited States of Americunts that was established by The Immigration Act of 1990 and signed into law by mentally retarded ex-president Bush 1.0. Despite sounding like something straight outta The Onion, the Diversity Lottery is very much a real program and is srsly refered to as the "Diversity Lottery" even by the neon-haired cuntnuggets who actually support it.

As even you can probably figure out from the name alone, the Diversity Lottery is literally a lottery that hands out green cards to randomly-selected schmucks from third world shithole countries and helps them chase the American dream of raping women and children, cutting off your daughter's clit with a pair of rusty scissors and ramming a fucking truck into 20 people and killing 8 of them in Jew York City on Halloween of 2017. Despite being the worst fucking idea ever, supporters of the Diversity Lottery actually believe that the risk of importing a bunch of splodin' Muslims and serial rapists is worth it as long as it makes the most diverse country on Earth even moar diverse and culturally enriched.
