Elmer "Butch" Hartman IV is an egotistical creator whose cartoons were once good, but turned into absolute shit over time. The four cartoons he made-- The Fairly OddParents, Danny Phantom, T.U.F.F. Puppy and Bunsen is a Beast-- were such complete and utter garbage that Butch called it quits from Nickelodeon in 2018.

While still a student at CalArts, Hartman gained valuable experience as an in-between animator for Don Bluth's film, An American Tail. Before finishing his degree, he participated as a contestant on three episodes of the Match Game-Hollywood Squares Hour. Shortly after graduating, he was hired as a character designer and storyboard artist for a My Little Pony animated series, but was let go due to his limited experience in story boarding. He then found a position at Ruby-Spears, where he contributed to projects such as It's Punky Brewster and Dink, the Little Dinosaur. He also worked on the video reference team for Disney's Pocahontas.

In the early 1990s, Hartman joined the model department at Hanna-Barbera, where he caught the attention of studio president Fred Seibert. This recognition led to his creation of the shorts Pfish and Chip and Gramps for the animated incubator series What a Cartoon!. He later took on various roles, including writer, director, and storyboard artist for several early Cartoon Network shows, such as Dexter's Laboratory, Johnny Bravo, Cow and Chicken, and I Am Weasel. After his contract with Hanna-Barbera concluded, he collaborated with Seibert at his new Frederator studio, contributing to the successor incubator series Oh Yeah! Cartoons for Nickelodeon.

During his time at Hanna-Barbera, Hartman met his (platonic?) lover boy, Seth MacFarlane, who would go on to create Family Guy. The two worked together on the short Zoomates for Oh Yeah! Cartoons. MacFarlane was so obsessed with Butch at the time, he named Quahog's local doctor in Family Guy after him as Butch voiced several characters in the show's early seasons as a personal "thank you" to Seth.

To Nickelodeon, he went!

What the f- BUTCH THAT'S NOT YOUR CREATION!
What a great way to thank the very woman who was nice enough to take over after the original voice actress of Timmy Turner an hero'd herself.

It all started in December 1997 with the creation of The Fairly OddParents, which initially began as a collection of shorts featured on show Oh Yeah! Cartoons. It was such a hit that Nickelodeon later decided to develop these shorts into a full series, which premiered in 2001 and quickly became a massive success (too bad Mary Kay Bergman wasn't alive to see it). After the third crossover with The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius, titled The Jimmy-Timmy Power Hour 3: The Jerkinators, production of The Fairly OddParents halted in 2006. Everyone thought this was the end of Fairly Oddparents. The rumors of cancellation turned out to be all a dream when Hartman announced on his forum that 20 additional episodes would be produced, leading to the sixth season's debut on February 18, 2008, starting with an mpreg fanfic about Cosmo brought to fruition. From May 1 to May 3, 2009, the three-part special Wishology aired, which was initially intended to serve as a series finale, but the show was renewed for another season. Ultimately, a tenth season was ordered in 2015, where it debuted an annoying ass Mary Sue named Chloe Carmichael, who had to share fairies with Timmy Turner like how conjoined twins have to share a single body. It ended on the sourest note imaginable, only to get revived in 2024, where now Cosmo and Wanda are taking care on some chocolate girl with messy hair and messed up teeth.

Thanks to the success of The Fairly OddParents, Hartman was invited to create another show for Nickelodeon. He recalls that the network's president asked if he had any ideas, and before he could mention the title, he received the green light. This new show became Danny Phantom. To facilitate production, Hartman established his own company, Billionfold Inc., in 2003, which he also used for other projects. Danny Phantom garnered significant critical acclaim throughout Hartman's career, with Hartman himself considering it one of his best works, noting its dedicated fanbase. Danny Phantom was cancelled because a producer wanted to dive deeper into not-so-kid friendly aspects (thankfully, it wouldn't have catered to the lonney troons who fixate on a 14-year old boy actually having a vagina opposed to a penis).

After that Hartman began work on his third Nickelodeon series, T.U.F.F. Puppy, which premiered in 2010 alongside the Jimmy Neutron spin-off Planet Sheen. Being the Furry Fandom bait it was, thee series received a mixed bag of love and hate, alongside an extremely degenerate fandom full of furries and straight up zoophiles.

Hartman's final show, Bunsen Is a Beast, aired on Nickelodeon and Nicktoons from January 16, 2017, to February 10, 2018. Unlike all his previous cartoon series... EVERYONE DISLIKED THAT!

Oh, his creations do NOT like what their God has become!

Bad case of Gayphobia

Being the hardcore Christian he is, Butch had beef with the people that broke the widely known Leviticus 18:22 verse of the Bible. Butch once had a forum which everyone expected to have fun on, but it turned out to be a nightmare for the ones who stole the Rainbow from his religion. Legend has it that the reason why he removed Sparky from Fairly OddParents was because the magical doggo's voice actor not only trooned out, but he she like both dick up her ass AND sticking her dick in any hole heshe could find on a woman.

Post-Nickelodeon Days

Butch giving Christianity a bad name.
And of fucking course! He chickened out after upsetting a lot of people whose childhoods he made great because many of his fans are hardcore atheists.
Butch left Nick in 2018. And nothing of value was lost.

Nonetheless, who could blame him for leaving a company full of sick fucks who like to beat their teeny tiny meats to kids' stinky smelly feet? Afterwords, Butch launched a Kickstarter project called Oaxis[1][2] but got lots of uproar and flack because some of his fans realized then Butch forgot to say it had it Christian values for a group called the Church of Bethel where some wondered if it have some common points with the Church of Scientology.

Scamming artists

Someone actually paid him $200 only for him to leave a cheap carbon copy of the original source material
Yes, Butch was lazy to copy an already existing fan art. But, at least he didn't draw her with ridiculously large hips, a fat ass, and thick thighs, also known as the very body type that somehow appeals to loser incels living in their rotting, smelly bedrooms with their fingernails all gunked up with dried up genital goop.
Antoons originally asked for the flag to be drawn blank, only to color in the symbol that represents the looney troons who have rejected their manhoods/womanhoods.

Butch also took commissions to illustrate original characters or beloved figures from movies, shows, and video games in his unique style. But he's lazy as fuck with them as seen in an instance where someone commissioned him to create a drawing of Female Ranma from Ranma ½, but he decided to literally draw over an existing photo instead of rendering her in his own artistic style. Then when someone commissioned him to draw Mikasa Ackerman from Attack On Titan, he decided to copy the exact same pose Mikasa did in somebody else's fanart of her! But on the bright side, he didn't draw her with ridiculously big tits and hips like many fan artists to with every female characters these days. Not because the commissioner wanted him to draw Mikasa from when she was 15 years old, but BECAUSE HE'S CHRISTIAN, GOD DAMN IT! Not worth paying him those $200 he asks you for while knowing how badly you want to get your hands on those Gaming consoles and new iPhones, thus making him commit one of the Seven Deadly Sins: Greed.

At least this was successful, unlike someone who tried to prove his innocence against a swarm of fat, crazy feminazis

Before that, he deceived some pinoy artist named Kuro the Artist (Powerword: Rob Orpilla) whom he had a contractual agreement where Butch would pay the pinoy enough money to keep food on his table. Rather than actually listen to the very guy who based a fan series off of Danny Phantom and mashed it up with Ben 10, he dismissed the #PayKuro campaign on Twitter and blocked the artist like a little bitch who lost an argument on which piece of media is better. This betrayal left Rob furious, prompting him to file a lawsuit for breach of contract. Ultimately, the case was resolved when Hartman settled at the last moment. Following this experience, Rob expressed how much Butchy Bitch traumatized him to the point of never wanting ANYTHING to do with him.

The poor pinoy talking about how Butch gave him PTSD by not paying him like he asked

A bunch of cartoon reviewers ranting about him
