40 years have passed since Title IX became law, but cuntservatives still aren't treated equally in school.

Title IX (pronounced: title-nein) is a portion of the Jewnited States law known as the Education Amendments of 1972 that prohibits institutions of learning that receive federal aid from discriminating against students based on which of the two existing sexes they are a member of. The following is a portion of Title IX that describes the law's intended purpose:

No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.

Despite the law specifically being about discrimination, Title IX eventually became one of the most misused and abused laws on college campuses after the second-blackest ex-president decided that the law should, for some reason, give special rights to women in college who accuse men of rape, sexual assault and looking at them wrong and take the constitutional right to due process away from men who are accused of such acts – even if a mountain of evidence proves that the fucking in the butt was 100% consensual.

U.S. dictator Joe Biden also attempted to rape Title IX to include trannies and faggots and other degenerates, but luckily the Supreme Court stepped in and told him to shove it up his shriveled ass.

By the early 90s, the Women's Rights Movement in the U.S. had long-since achieved its goal of gaining women equal rights to men and was beginning to stagnate. The next step in the crusade for women's equality was obvious; free women in the middle east from their status as second-class citizens, stop honour-killings and end female genital mutilation! Unfortunately for everyone, American women are so fucking stupid and self-centered that they'd rather make up fake inequalities and injustices to fight against than worry about some Jawa women in Saudi Arabia who had their clits carved off with a rusty razor blade.

It was at this point that feminism officially jumped the shark and the fight against America's "Campus Rape Epidemic" began. The Campus Rape Epidemic was a complete non-issue that was manufactured through the use and manipulation of completely made up statistics that feminists had pulled out of their fat arses. One of their most frequently recited pieces of propaganda was the easily-disproven assertion that 1-in-5 women will get raped – a "statistic" that's sometimes even further raped by changing it to 1-in-4, 1-in-3, 1-in-2, 1-in-1 or even "EVERY WOMAN WILL BE RAPED! EVERY MAN IS A RAPIST! #HEALTHYATANYSIZE".

Despite the epidemic of rape on U.S. college campuses being less real than your imaginary girlfriend, feminists persisted for years until the United States finally elected a president who was retarded enough to buy into their bullshit – Barack Hussein Obama. On April 4, 2011, Führer Obama directed the Department of Education to begin following a completely butchered and blatantly unconstitutional "interpretation" of Title IX that he had pushed out of his mulatto arse earlier that morning.

On September 7, 2017, U.S. Secretary of Education and Trump-appointee Elisabeth Dee "Betsy" DeVos (pronounced: bet-see) revealed that she would be rolling back the enforcement of Title IX to the way it was before feminism and Obongo butchered it. Cue the completely and utterly predictable liberal Twitter outrage over how the Trump administration supports rapists and is somehow punishing the "victims" of America's completely made up "Campus Rape Epidemic" by ensuring that they have the same fucking amount of rights as everyone else.
