Sweet Cakes by Melissa was a small, family-owned bakery in Gresham, Oregon, that was shut down following a prolonged harassment campaign that was perpetrated against the business by a pair of lesbian hambeasts named Rachel Bowman and Laurel Cryer who were mad that the bakery had politely declined to bake a cake for their dyke wedding.

After being denied their God-given right to force a family-owned local bakery to bake them a cake, Rachel and Laurel "accidentally" ended up filing a lawsuit against Sweet Cakes and its redneck christfag owners, Melissa Klein and her husband Aaron Klein. In their suit, Rachel and Laurel actually had the cojones to claim that being denied a cake caused both of them to become morbidly obese and that the experience of being denied a dumb fucking cake was akin to being "Mentally Raped" by the Kleins.

Of course, being the smoldering radioactive crater that is Oregon, the progressive libtard hipster judge who presided over the case predictably decided to side with the ocean mammals who had belittled rape victims instead of siding with either the law, common sense or the Constitution of the United States of America. For committing the heinous criminal act of not consenting to bake a cake for some fat lesbos, the Kleins were fined $135,000 and were eventually forced to shut down Sweet Cakes entirely.
