Lt Cmdr Neil Rutherford, DSC, was a former British Navy commander who, after fighting in World War 2 and the Korea War, would move to a town in North Wales and became a gardener for the Red Gables Hotel. It was a quiet town named Penmaenmawr, well it was quiet until this retard shot it up killing 4 people, lit it on fire then became an hero because the hotel owner didn't reciprocate the same feelings back. Due to it happening in the North, no one really cared as the Neil wasn't Welsh and neither were any of his victims.
