Leo Max Frank^✡ was a Jewish American murderer whose conviction, death sentence, undeserved commutation and subsequent citizen's execution for the murder of 13-year-old Mary Phagan helped lead to the creation of the so-called "Anti-Defamation League" and at least 100 years worth of Jews pretending to be victims at the expense of the black man.
