UPE, an acronym used by Bureaucratic Fucks that stands for Undisclosed Paid Editing, is a Wikipedia policy used by covertly paid Wikipedos to fuck up their competitors.
Most paid editors are lowlife Indians reporting each others asses because they didn't get hired. They are controlled by their white masters who are Bureaucratic Fucks getting paid under the table to support their TOW addiction.
