PITR stands for Parents In The Room, and is used by 16 year old camwhores to warn the pedophile on the other end in situations.

If you ever see this acronym used by a chat partner, immediately commence uploading of your cock pix within a minimum of 30 seconds.

Often used in place of PITR is POS, or Parents over Shoulder; though this should not be confused for Piece of Shit.
