I just don't see the point of baleeting a page with all the templates nicely categorized and replacing it with over 9000 links to separate pages with every template. I'm here to make ED better, and I think removal of the Templates page is a wrong move. If you have something better in mind, would you at least tell people about it? There should be a page, where sys-ops say what direction is ED taking and what big things are about to change or happen. Anyway, I was thinking about that some more, and I concluded this - why don't we restore the page, BUT, only mention the kinds of the templates available and give 1 or 2 examples for each? That alone makes the page incredibly shorter and easier to manage. You're absolutely right that it's too big for one page. But get this - the category pages allow to write whatever you want above the listing of pages belonging to the category. So why not take the corresponding entries from the big list and copy them there? Well, maybe not outright copy them, but give them all a nice *little* description, so one doesn't have to click on each to see what does it do. Maybe this should be on the Needed/Proposed page, but that one's more than full. Tell me what do you think, ask others. Don't use this format: 

{{template|天}}

to talk about a template. It makes the wiki think you're including it and lists the page where you type it on the WhatLinksHere page.

Use this instead: 

[[Template:天]]

You can't just assume every blank was on purpose. And its a fact that users that vandalize once and get blocked almost never come back. I've only seen one person here that was reblocked for vandalism. Plus, if you leave it infinite, the autoblock is reinforced when they do decide not to be butthurt revisionists. Maybe a day is too short, but imho, infinite is too long for blanking a page. Honestly, its an accident sometimes. Yesterday(?) you infinite blocked someone for creating a shit article, then you unblocked in less than a minute. You can't expect everyone to be perfect. I can't write an article. Now there shit like this which basically is vandalism. But imo, it honestly doesn't warrant an infinite block. And then there's shit like this. But thats not important. Hell, there was one guy who added "on wheels" to article titles. I didn't even block him and he isn't moving pages anymore. I didn't even say anything. I only didn't block because it was lulzy. I believe infinite blocks are appropriate for vandals. Like you said, they usually have no interest in returning, and if they do they can email an administrator. Multiple concerns

Do people such as User:Hanna deserve to be blocked infinitely? You're settling a pretty high bar / learning curve for this wiki. Some of these blocks are silly. For example, you blocked User:Nopeavi for updating the "Fortune" article. The Welcome template isn't enough of a warning. You need to point out their mistakes clearly. Can you please revisit and review each block you've make?

I originally deleted Pomf =3 because it was copied from OhInternet. PresidentMudkip needs to put some effort into his work. I was banned from OhInternet for defending the author's right to the content he or she created. If I claim that they shouldn't copy articles from ED without attribution, then we shouldn't copy from OhInternet.
