16 year old Giovanna Plowman is a suburban teen with a longing for spotlight, fame, and the taste of menstrual blood. Upon first posting a video of herself consuming a tampon to Facebook, the five-minute clip was then reposted to YouTube, gaining instant attention from 4chan, 9fag, and almost every other cancerous source. Despite being perpetually flagged down from YouTube on the grounds of being "shocking and disgusting", Giovanna's fame continues to rise, leaving internet experts baffled at what extents the post-postmodern youth of America are willing to go to receive their peer's attention, no matter how negative it may be.

In fact, the fat cunt is never really showing where the tampon is really coming from, the camera being continually showing her fat ugly face (attention whore syndrome). One could easily have picked it up from somewhere under the counter. Note the abnormally large amount of time she takes to supposedly take the tampon out of her pussy, exactly as if she wanted to put emphasis on this detail for the viewers. One could easily create fake blood too. The fact is, it doesn’t take a lot to impress naïve teenagers and make them believe anything. A social group believing Justin Bieber is a great singer could actually believe anything. Teenagers being the opposite of good judgment, it would have been quite easy, even for a fat Giovanna, to troll them all. Even if the thing was real, being impressed by so little prove that today’s youth lack of culture. Jackass has done disgusting too and the hideous subhuman creatures lurking in the dark regions of the internet have done lot worst.
