Over time, as the original show degraded, white trash America started seeing Roseanne as a mouthpiece for their drunken, trailer trash, meth smoking, pregnant at 14 struggle. Actually being either drunk or dumb enough to believe that Roseanne was trying to bring dignity to their bottom dwelling, welfare sucking, lower class lifestyle of putting cheese-whiz on spaghetti she quickly rose in popularity because they saw the quit-before-you-even-start-and-you'll-never-fail philosophy being promoted on Roseanne as the truth that legitimized their trailer trash Camelot lifestyle.

Like so many right leaning celebrities with mental problems, such as Mel Gibson, Roseanne quickly answered the call of the Dark Side, to later blame her insomnia medications, when she started listening to the voices in her head and came to believe that people were highly interested in her batshit crazy opinions on blacks, Jews, illegal immigrants and Muslims that want to enter America illegally through Mexico and kill you in your sleep.

Looking to fill that hole, Disney decided that it would reboot Roseanne because, looking at current conditions, reboots such as Star Wars have been going their way lately because of gen-xers looking for soothing nostalgia from their childhood a century ago. Seeing the nostalgia reboot as a never ending gold mine, the Disney accountants smelled only major Shekels when the reboot was pitched to them.

Blinded by the scent of money and ignoring Roseanne's past transgressions in the social media world that include her being a quintessential Internet asshole, racist and moron, Disney gave the green light to the Roseanne reboot, believing her when she said that she had changed while quoting her favorite excuse, "What people are accusing me of being racist comments were simply nothing more than jokes that people were too sensitive to get the context of"

Despite years of social media fuck ups, Roseanne still hasn't learned that there are people stalking celebrity tweets looking for that one error in judgment. Even if a tweet might have been deleted 30 seconds after being posted, if it makes them look like an Asshole it will have probably already been screen shot, archived and scattered across the internet.

With the lack of creativity that is commonplace in Hollywood and writers still following the Mary Tyler Moore plot device for divorced women, expect Darlene to all of a sudden turn her life around and get a job as a writer for a magazine, Tv show, be a doctor or Mary a prince because this is the only way Hollywood writers know how to portray a strong female character.

God forbid if they stay with the original character of Darlene and have her being a 40 something crackhead that sucks cocks for rock.

All we have to say is, Sara Gilbert is pretty much like an armless man and incapable of carrying anything, let alone a Tv series. Anyone ever see Poison Ivy?
