If Vermin hurts your feelings, that wasn't his intention, but he doesn't feel bad about you being such a sensitive snowflake on a website like ED, and calling him a dick is not gonna make him change his ways.
Playfully engaging others and being mean to people is not against site policy, so complaining about him or reporting him for it will not result in him getting thrown out.
