The Death Penalty (also known as Capital Punishment) is a permanent IRLbanhammer issued by the government. It is loved by conservatives (who know nothing about the world) and hated by liberals (who hypocritically want to execute their opponents). When you have done something that gets enough sensationalist news media coverage, you may qualify for the death penalty, depending on geographic location, as 75% of nations of the world are smart and don't execute anyone. If you live in Asia, expect a death sentence at pretty much any time. Those chinks don't value human rights. If you live anywhere else, you are safe because you live in a civilised nation.
