Sometimes, when a killer become highly mediatized, some retard with no personality seeing the amount of attention this killer receives will choose to copy them in order to receive the same attention. This is what we call a copycat killer. Depending on the amount of media attention a killer receives, they can have several copycats. Some copycats even had their own copycats. To count as a copycat, you must fulfill at least one of these conditions:
Citing the original killer as one of the main inspirations for your crime.
Replicating the same pattern as the original killer.
