To include a file in a page, use a link in one of the following forms:

• [[File:File.jpg]] to use the full version of the file.
• [[File:File.png|200px|thumb|left|alt text]] to use a 200 pixel wide rendition in a box in the left margin with "alt text" as its description.
• [[Media:File.ogg]] for linking directly to the file without displaying it. This can also be done by inserting a colon at the beginning of the file link: [[:File:Example.jpg]].

GIVE THEM MEANINGFUL NAMES SO THEY CAN BE INDEXED BY JEWGLE IMAGES

• Don't be stupid and upload kiddie porn or bestiality; we will waste no time in banning your sick fuck ass.
• ED is NOT Imgur. If the image you are uploading isn't for an article or your userspace, then use an image hosting site instead.
• Note to EDitors and Sysops: When uploading a new version of an image over a pre-existing one, you gotta give the cache a little time to fully overwrite it. In other words, the new version might look fucked up for a bit, but it'll eventually fix itself, so don't keep reuploading over it.
• YOU MAY NEED TO RETRY UPLOADING IF IT DOES NOT WORK THE FIRST TIME.
• There are many missing files, if a file is missing - pls 2 be reuploading it - and if you get an error message saying it's an
  "exact duplicate"
  - well then - that's a good thing!; That "error" means it is reuploading the missing image file to the server.
