The 2020s is the current decade, spanning from 2020 to 2029. This decade will take the worst parts of the 2000s and the 2010s and amp them up 10 fold. The decade started off like shit with the coronavirus. Expect more war on terror Americans, more jihadists, and more social justice insanity.

• Joe Biden "wins" the 2020 Presidential Election.

• Aediot fails to sell ED to the dark web.

• 2020: The Donald fails to stop Tumblr from taking over the world resulting in a lulz-free world.
• Kanye West becomes president in hopes to finish what Trump failed to do, kick the cancer known as Tumblr off the planet.
• Tumblr becomes the face of the west
• Japan becomes pozzed
• Anime is ruined.
• America becomes a communist country and a piss poor version of Sweden.
• The American dream is gone
• ED will get shut down again, this time permanently.
• The internet is reshaped by bureaucrats
• The deep web becomes mainstream.
• 600 new genders are added
• Shin Megami Tensei/Persona-esque events will unfold
• Anime becomes real
• Jews push Cannibalism to be a main stream thing
• Memes become even more "dank", in other words fucked up
• Over half the world will be dying alone
• Virtual Reality is actually good by now.
• America is usurped by China, which destabilizes the Asia-Pacific region.
• Millennials begins to reshape global politics, after Baby Boomers fuck off and die and Gen X goes to retirement.
• The Millennials install a reign of terror that makes even the worst parts of the Baby Boomer's and Gen X's rule look good in comparison.
• Millennials are now middle-aged.
• Generation Z reaches biological adulthood, despite having the mental capacity of a wet carrot.
• There will be an internet war between 2000s kids (born approximately 1993 to 2002) and 2010s kids (born from 2003 to 2012ish). 2000s nostalgia will peak around 2020-2025 like with 90s kids in the 2010s.
• White people become a minority (already true White = <10%)
• The internet becomes TV lite.
• 4K Definition is finally in use.
• People still do not use Blu-ray, 14 years after it entered the market.
• America's Mass Shooting epidemic continues to increase, with an estimated 420 mass shootings occurring every minute.
• Partyvans take to the skies; Drones are now seen everywhere in the IRL map of America.
• Indians continue to breed like rabbits, and India becomes the most populous country on Earth.
• The earth suffers another great flood, according to Al Gore.
• The European Migrant Crisis is at its' highest volatile point by now, resulting in Civil War and Crusade X.
• The Human population is expected to reach 8,000,000,000 degenerates. All of which need to be wiped off the face of the earth.
• That shitty Over 9000 meme is predicted to have been used over 9000 times on this site.
• As the years pass the predictions for this decade will become more cynical over time and possibly be even worse than what we predicted.
• Most of the Old memes of the 2006~2009 era are still being used to this day but not quite as often because the internet never forgets.
• A Sealab is opened in the year 2021.
• Gordon Freeman successfully fights off the Combine from Eastern Europe.
• World War III finally happens.
• All your base are still belong to us.
• Trump's tariff's plus Xi Jinping's regressive anti-economy policies pushes Booming China over the edge and into freefall recession.
• Silicon Valley companies like Google, Amazon, Apple and other Monopolies completely deplatform anyone to the right of stalin after buying out, copy-pasting or outright smearing any competitor to death.
• Neo-liberals and neo-conservatives lose all remaining political power as Nationalism and Socialism become the two dominant political forces.
• Global Warming/Global Cooling/Climate Change is finally revealed to be a hoax
• The same people who sperged out about Global Warming begin sperging out about Automation.
