Bill Waggoner is an amateur internet radio host and self-proclaimed Spam King. He has been owning the internet with his spam hammer since it was invented by Al Gore. By the late 2000's, deprived of his ability to send fuckloads of emails to you by Anti-Spam Activists like Spamhaus, Waggoner turned to BlogTalkRadio to become a Right-wing Internet Radio Sensation.

Early Life

Bill was born in Ohio on January 30, 1974 to Bill Waggoner Sr. and some random bimbo. As a young man, Bill played in a Heavy Metal band named Missing Since Monday. It was around this time that Bill discovered the internets and the magic of spamming penis pill ads.

The Spam King

By the early 2000's, Bill was spamming his shit full time and earning top dollar. He became such a web nuisance that he was given a short interview by CBS and put into their Meet The Kings Of Spam article. He was so proud of this interview, he would later write a book called Confessions of a Spam King. And by write I mean record himself talking about random bullshit for 9 hours and marketed it as an audio book with no textual counterpart. With so much celebrity from spamming, it wouldn't be long before Bill attracted the attention of Police and get his shit blacklisted from here to Timbuktu. Because of this, Billy Boy has a big Grudge that you can hear about on his inter radio show.

BlogTalkRadio

Bill would eventually discover the cheap shoutcast ripoff BlogTalkRadio and use it to promote conservative ideals, especially individual freedoms. Like Bill's freedom to destroy your e-mail inbox, sell you fake penis pills and shoot any juggalos in Las Vegas. He also voices his racist and xenophobic views on the show. It is through this show Bill has been discovered by trolls.
