Call of Duty: Black Ops 4
Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, somehow stylized as Call of Duty: Black Ops IIII, and also known as Call of Overwatch Six Siege: Battlegrounds IIIIIIIIIIIIII is a cash-grab by Treyarch to cater to all the shitty trends in shooters from the past few years under the guise of a Call of Duty title. Black Ops 4 is basically Black Ops 3 without the thrusters everyone so despised but with a whole shitload of other changes nobody really asked for. For example, there is no longer a single player campaign, a PUBG/Fortnite knockoff Battle Royale mode has been added, and the game revolves so heavily on specialists that it's beginning to resemble Overwatch and Rainbow Six Siege. This is all a sign that CoD really has no fucking idea what it's fans want and are now just blatantly copying ideas from current fads to make a quick buck. Black Ops 4 makes WWII as shitty as it was and even the fucking exo-suit games, look far more like proper Call of Duty games in comparison.
Campaign
Multiplayer
Since the game no longer features a single player campaign, multiplayer is now where all the action is. Treyarch plans on pulling a Titanfall and weaving narrative into the multiplayer because you know, that worked out so well. Specialists return again and are now basically the core element of the game akin to R6S or Overwatch in that you can no longer have any more than one specific Specialist on a team, and the changes go even deeper than that because apparently Treyarch thinks even more drastic change is a good thing for a fanbase as rabid and toxic as Call of Duty.
What's Been Fucked With
This is essentially a rough list of shit that Treyarch decided to change.
- You can no longer have more than one of the same Specialist on a team. As opposed to just getting rid of them since they were never any good to begin with.
- Team size has been reduced from 6v6 to 5v5 for some fucking reason.
- Health no longer automatically regenerates, meaning you have to stab yourself with a automatically regenerating syringe or get healed by a medic. Time to kill is still roughly the same so this is basically just cancer.
- Specialists now gain an extra ability on top of their overpowered wonder weapon which means you can use shit like grappling hooks. Makes you wonder why they even bother getting rid of thrusters.
- Pick 10 class building thankfully returns after WWII fucked everything up.
- The mini-map now features "fog of war" meaning you can't see jack shit beyond your person. This basically will force you to stick with your dumbass team and get your kills stolen.
Blackout
Blackout is basically the cash grab shill mode that was added in place of campaign. It's basically one of many forthcoming versions of the quickly becoming stale Battle Royale shooter just as a means of aping Fortnite and Player Unknown's Battlegrounds because that's whats hot for the kiddies right now.
Zombies
Zombies or course, gets it's part in the game and one can only imagine it's going to be more needlessly complicated and nonsensical than it was in Black Ops 3. Mob of the Dead is at least coming back since that was like the only good zombies map in all of Black Ops II.
Weapons
Assault Rifles
All anyone usually ever uses. Some of them are copied from Black Ops 3.
- ICR-7: Nope, nothing about this gun has changed since Black Ops 3. You're better off just using the KN-57.
- Rampart 17: Basically the fatter and handicapped version of the SCAR-H. Can rape shit from across the map.
- KN-57: This is what happens when you take the fire rate of the ICR-7 with the damage of the Rampart 17. Generic and bland, but can get the job done.
- Vapr-XKG: Typical light mobility bullet-hose. It reminds one of a certain SMG from Black Ops 2. The Operator Mod sticks a knife on the front and lets you get bullshit 1 hit kills on the press of a button.
- Maddox RFB: A bullpup rifle that somehow does a better job at ripping holes into faggots than all the SMGs in the game. There's not much point in using the Operator Mod either.
- Swat RFT: When the ICR and Vapr have sex. For some reason you unlock it at tier 100 on Operation Absolute Zero, meaning you have to shill out money for it.
- Grav: Copied from the Galil in Black Ops 3, but this time they made so it fires slow but it does alot of damage. Only available in the Mystery Box in Blackout and Zombies
Submachine Guns
Total shitsticks that typically shred at close range and have insanely high recoil. Just like before.
- MX9: A futuristic-sort of MP5, balanced overall but eats shit at range thanks to its recoil.
- GKS: An SMG thats pretty much the exact same as the ICR, meaning you can kill with it at long range. Actually kind of sucks unless you put alot of attachments on it.
- Spitfire: Used by every-fucking-body. High ROF ensures easy kills at close range. Recently had it's damage nerfed. Still overused.
- Cordite: Nobody ever uses this except when they want to get the Operator Mod, which removes the magazine but gives you a fuckton of ammo to spam.
- Saug 9mm: Typical Uzi-type SMG. They literally took out the Dual Wield attachment, and turned it into an Operator Mod for this gun. Atleast you can put attachments on it while dual wielding.
- Daemon 3XB: You can spam the 3-round burst constantly by pressing the trigger like the Chicom from Black Ops 2. Does shit damage, even when spamming it, but is usable at range.
- Switchblade X9: A folding gun. A fucking folding gun. Useful at close quarters and range if you can dump a whole mag into your target.
Shotguns
Blow someone's fucking guts out, at the cost of barely being able to hit anything past 3 feet.
- MOG-12: The token pump-action shotgun. Use with the Operator Mod for maximum rape.
- SG12: Spam tastic semi auto shotgun with good damage. This thing is serious bullshit and can clear entire rooms by just spraying all over the fucking place. Even worse, the Operator Mod fucks up your aim, giving the guy an easier kill.
- Rampage: Full auto shotgun that looks like a Spas-12. Like every full auto shotgun before it, it's damage is shit and is only effective for spamming.
