• To answer a message, reply on the user's talk page (Tab at the top that says 'discussion').
• Sign your comments by using four tildes (like this ~~~~)
• These are the sysops. If you have a problem, talk to them. They're here to help; we promise.
• The TJC is the community portal. It's linked to from every page; just look at the top left of the page. Check it daily.
• Use Special:Upload to upload pictures. Be sure to give them meaningful names. Also, do not upload any CP or Bestiality pr0n or you will be b&.
• Feeling social? Enjoy forums? Join here.
• See ED:HELP and ED:POLICY for everything else.

gun control

hi, i see you want to re-write gun control, but have left it unfinished. you are welcome to make a copy in your userspace, and work on it in all one big chunk, then move it over after youve made your changes, but we can't have hacked up drafts of long-standing articles in the main article space, so ive restored it to its previous revisions. i encourage you to work on it, cuz it needs help, so i will paste a draft for you to work on here. -hipcrime 01:22, 23 April 2013 (EDT)

If you check the talk page I just uploaded a big chunk of new material for it and in the next few days I'm going to be uploading a bunch of more. I'm trying to be real nice about this, because some others won't be: STOP TRYING TO MAKE SHITTY MUSIC ARTICLES.

I read over this, and it's exactly what we don't want here on ED. Hell, it's a textbook example of WHY we redirect most music articles to Fat Larry's Band.

To be more explicit for you, we don't give a shit about articles that take a band, post some shit about how gay they are, post shit about how to troll them, then expect us to find it funny. It's not funny because it has ZERO INTERNET RELEVANCE, and trying to get people to manufacture drama is a sign you are trying too hard, which is another reason we don't want shitty music articles.

If you don't want to piss off people with less patience than me and who have control of a banhammer, take a hint and stop this shit now.

One Direction is okay. It has most of what an AOTN needs, but I wouldn't use it unless we were in a pinch. Typically we try to use something more topical. Thus the "of the Nao" suffix on everything on our front page. Over the next few days I'll take a look at all the *OTN slated to appear and try to move a few more into contention.
