Marathon runner, honour student, and all around cool guy Matthew Douglas de Grood is best known for achieving the fairly low high score for mass murder in Calgary of 5 people, wounding one other when in the early morning of April he went on a knife spree at a party celebrating the end of the school year. This only happened like yesterday, and no one really knows what the fuck happened but the attack seemed totally unprovoked, but experts speculate he had decided to switch from produce to meats and wanted to explore his new found love of butchery.

A Hero Awakens

'Twas a quiet April night, and in the Calgary suburb of Brentwood about 20 students in their 20's were gathering for a house party to celebrate the end of the year. On his way to the house party was young Matt de Grood, who had just gotten off his job as a produce stocker at the local Safeway grocery store. Earlier that day, he'd posted a Facebook post which only said "Dread and the fugitive mind - the worlds needs a hero"; a song which he pondered as he performed his duties.

Inspiration

Let me introduce myself I'm a social disease

I've come for your wealth leave you on your knees

No time for feeling sorry, I got here on my own

I won't ask for mercy, I choose to walk alone

What's yours is mine and what's mine is mine too

If you shake my hand better count your fingers

What if I do get caught? What if there is no judgment?

If I'm right I lose nothing, if you're right I lose it all

I ought to get caught because I'm doing something wicked

I'm guilty haunted by my fear and the only consequences

Are Dread and the Fugitive Mind

You built walls to protect you so no one will infect you

Pursued by those out there that vanish in thin air

Come a long way to find what you really left behind

You don't know when the end is but it's coming fast

What's yours is mine and what's mine is mine too

If you shake my hand better count your fingers

What if I do get caught? What if there is no judgment?

If I'm right I lose nothing, if you're right I lose it all

I ought to get caught because I'm doing something wicked

I'm guilty haunted by my fear and the only consequences

Are Dread and the Fugitive Mind
