Randal O'Toole (a.k.a. Scandal O'Fool) is a fugly-ass car-addicted suburbanite Americunt, grifter, serial liar, anti-public transit propagandist, and sick fuck who jerks off in a jitney. He tries to hide his identity like a coward using the pretentious nickname "The Antiplanner". He is essentially the same as NotJustBikes except with different views. Randal O'Toole looks very similar to Mike Chitwood, who looks like an even more retarded version of Dr. Phil.

In recent years, Scandal O'Fool's blog has been overrun by an equally hateful, angry obnoxious brainwashed uneducated basement-dwelling NotJustBikes fanboy named Systematicvisionary from Germany (obvious bot!) who repeats the same old death to America talking points as his idol NJB. Systematicvisionary is also obscenely wealthy like his idol NJB and hates everything Murica does, even if it's something good. Apparently, passenger rail is always bad when Murica does it but good when China does it. According to Randal and Systematicvisionary alike, there is no middle ground; you're either a cynical doomer or a car-addicted suburbanite NIMBY. Forget about advocating for change at home! Of course, this is Murica, where everything is viewed through the lens of a false binary with zero nuance.
