'''Andrew Dobson''', better known by his pen names '''Tom Preston''' and '''CattyN/Catty Nebulart''', is a {{age|1981|2|12}}-year-old starving illustrator, comic creator, animator, and wigger from [[Minnesota]] who was known for ranting about his convention failures, elitism, and his life as a victim. His most notable work is his [[webcomic]] ''So... You’re a Cartoonist'', which generally depicted his life story growing up as a [[bullshit|super-talented]] artist only to beg for money at [[convention]]s. Like how [[Megatokyo|Fred Gallagher]] attempted to erase his poorly drawn [[lolicon]], Tom Preston tried to hide his shameful past as a typical paraphile. In fact, he even posed as an innocent young girl who just so happened to love drawing anime girls being pumped with air and [[murder|popped]]. Unfortunately for Tom, he forgot that denying the existence of his actions only results in the [[Streisand effect]]. Similarly to [[Game Grumps|JonTron]], Preston drew himself as slim with a full head of hair when in reality he is a repugnant, obese cueball.

One day, our dear Andrew started posing as a pretty girl to pretend he's not another fat dude online and also draw inflation porn. Enter Catty Nebulart (CattyN), a cute, charming, physically fit psychopath who likes injecting girls [[the bends|with gas]] until they [[die|explode]]; as a man with only [[porn|secondhand experience]] with women, he thought a girl with an inflation/murder fetish isn't as sick as a guy with it. During those days as a fetish [[No|artist]], <s>CattyN</s> Tom Preston was another ''[[Azumanga Daioh]]'' fanboy who drew girls he disliked being inflated and [[killed|popped]]. "CattyN" walked in the shoes of many other serial killers, having the stance that [[Hypocrisy|a few <s>women</s> characters were sacred and don't deserve to be involved in such perversion]]. Unlike Preston, she didn't make [[bitch|impotent]] death threats but just killed people she didn't like, making his self-insert like him [[irony|but with balls]].

Andrew later thought that drawing tributes to an inflation/murder fetishist might cost him his income. Keep in mind this was the late 2000s, back when Andrew was a young man paid money by an employer for work, not now when he's a middle-aged man paid [[manchild|Good Boy Points]] by his family for being a very [[retarded|special]] boy. This was also before liberal laws added perverts as a protected class, so he could have been discriminated against for a little murder porn. Feeling every bit as oppressed as the Jews during World War 2, he contacted Mistystuffer, the Oskar Schindler of our story, to remove his artwork from the site. Mistystuffer was a pedophile who owned an inflation site full of shit drawings of [[loli]] characters as blobs and, more importantly to Andrew, was also a lazy coder who hid the drawings but left the images and [[html]] up. Needless to say, his original drawings resurfaced much like CattyN's victims as police dug up her yard.

Later, an old fan reached out and said Catty should return to the inflation art community because fetishes are a "lifestyle" and therefore okay. The fan didn't realize that CattyN was deeply ashamed of his past and avoided the "community" like a [[AIDS|plague]].  

Three days later (September 29th, 2011) Tom Preston is butthurt [[batshit insane|to the next level]] after seeing the return of CattyN so he and his stupid [[loli|young]] "fans" reported CattyNReturns until it was banned.  However, some of his new sketches are saved for [[Encyclopedia Dramatica]] for great [[lulz]] and to show solid proof that Tom Preson is a [[truth|butthurt inflation artist in denial]]. Interestingly enough, an old post of his as CattyN implies [[:File:Prestonneverstop.png|that he still does inflation art, but secretly...]] Preston you're a such sneaky bastard aren't you.

As bad as his life was before, trolls may claim living without even his artistic projects to give him hope is outright hellish but the joke is on them: When his family grounded him, a middle-aged man, he found he no longer needed to draw petite lesbian [[trans|self-inserts]] who go around inflating and sometimes [[murder|popping]] random women [[feminism|without their consent]]. After all, why pretend when he's now living his dream of being a little bitch.
