NO HACKING Phreaks

This motherfucker was on undernet back in early 2000's in #channel #HackPhreak. The #channel rules clearly stated 'no hacking, and 'no discussion of ddos' except discussions about mitigation of such attacks. He was continuously BBQ'd by the resident jits that later formed #bantown. Some old crippled wheelchair bound drunk mother fucker with the nick "shoelace" now holds the channel keys and keeps #hackphreak filled with his socks and freeshells in a feeble attempt to relive the glory days when undernet wasnt filled with cp-traders (when wasn't it) and someone would actually talk to him. At one time RLoxley claimed to own a $325,000 car and a 2 1/2 million dollar home for which he paid cash that he got from his job as ISP admin of the whole USA.
