Russky bro reporting. The form 'pendos' is used much more frequently. Greek and Hispanic theory maybe a fun, but is not true. No offence, but they use it only for assonance to 'pidaras' means 'faggot'. 'Pendos' but 'Pindossiya'. Anyway, there are lot of gopniks in RF that use this word very often, so let the article be.
