Hopefully they can distinguish between hacking for the lulz and hacking for destructive purposes. Disseminating secret information of people who aren't guilty of immense faggotry isn't lulzy. Posting dongs on a userpage is lulzy. Totensiediefurfag 20:08, 20 June 2011 (UTC)
I personally think it's lulzier than randomly posting dongs I.Never.Finish.Anyth 07:44, 25 June 2011 (UTC)
I personally find neither funny. "LOL, look, a penis! ROFLMAO SO FUNNIE" Equivamp 07:57, 25 June 2011 (UTC)
Nobody gives two shits what you think, furfag. Totensiediefurfag 19:57, 28 June 2011 (UTC)
"Nono, it doesn't make them good hackers, it just proves that site had bad protection!"
That's how reading this article feels. Though I'm sure they really aren't, the writers seem butthurt. Perhaps provide source on how bad the sites' protections were.

Either way, they must be suicidal. Pic related, they just DDoS'd CIA.gov. Boyvinyl 00:54, 16 June 2011 (UTC)
These boys are just crazed basement dwelling faggots trying to make a name for themselves. Hence why they are using twatter as a means of relaying messages on how l337 they are. In a few weeks to a month no ones going to care or give a shit about these idiots anyway. --Erstok 03:40, 17 June 2011 (UTC)
Pretty sure the botnet they bought came with a user manual. DOA 11:34, 29 June 2011 (UTC)
You have just summed it all up. Nice paragraph. - Another n00b 07:19, 17 June 2011 (UTC)
You don't need sources. They took the sites down using SQL. Most of the people reading this article know what that means. --Kurwa 10:34, 18 June 2011 (UTC)
I hope my sarcasm meter is correct when it reads "off the charts" Kurwa. You don't just use a database language to "bring stuff down". Infact nothing on the article suggests what exploits they used at all for any of this crap. When imageshack got hacked the people that did it claimed they had a day one SSH exploit.
When HL2 got leaked, the guy explained in full what he did which was ridiculously complex, and wow they got their hands on a username listing *sarcastic clap*.
I have a hard time trying to believe any of these fucktards did any of what's been in the news recently, and it's just hilarious that they've been arrested.
Does anyone actually have any pics of the websites they defaced?
Pfft... there is no lulz in lulzsec...yet. As i said to someone before, the lulz will be had when they are caught (so they are still giving lulz, perhaps not in the way they intended perhaps). Lulzsec separated itself from anon when they created an official name (therefore forming a new group). Anon remains without names. I think that the most operations that Anon carried out were either funnier, or more useful.
Basically they are just like an small group of (named) /b/ - after a very short time, no one cares anymore. Booyah 09:46, 27 June 2011 (UTC)
I just wish Lulzsec would make those spectacular hacks they promised to avenge Ryan...--ThePooThatTookaPee 14:51, 27 June 2011 (UTC)

If you want to read up on the truth of who/what Lulzsec is and where it came from, read that pastebin link I added in the external links Gäwer 02:00, 29 June 2011 (UTC)Gäwer
EXPOSED!@@!!!!!
lol that picture isn't even sabu --zaiger(talk) 10:55, 18 September 2012 (EDT)
Some of the longest ever jail sentences for hacking have been handed down to four British members of the international computer hackers' gang LulzSec who masterminded a string of sophisticated cyber-attacks on major global institutions from their bedrooms...
Please explain. Was it a joke or did a bunch of cunts actually "hack" this website? GoldenIpodRecipient 15:45, 1 June 2013 (EDT)
They did hack the site , so that when someone tries to open the site it would redirect him to their site.--milwin 15:49, 1 June 2013 (EDT)
They also hit doxb.in. Popcorn 05:13, 2 June 2013 (EDT)
I might be in the minority here, but I thought it was funny as hell. Shit, LiteralKa trolled the hell out of ED awhile back, so why shouldn't a site that also covers haxx0rs get hacked too? DarkLordTR --> 06:25, 2 June 2013 (EDT)DarkLordtTR
Just like BMO on EDF2, nothing should ever be taken too seriously. At times I have to remind myself of that. 07:44, 2 June 2013 (EDT)
