Somehow I've never been familiarized with this case, and somehow its worse than Mr. Hands. I'm almost confident THEY ARE LISTENING on the forums posted a (uncensored) pic from this guy's gallery before though. The pic in question featuring somebody using his finger to prod out an organ of a dead baby/fetus. This guy posted almost exclusively gore, but that one picture was particularly disturbing.
