- Not to be confused with Motherfucker.
M/F? or m/f is internet slang for Male or Female? This expression is used frequently in chatrooms and IRC in which a lonely horny male, desperate for female contact, asks a new joiner "m/f?" in hopes that they may become his internet girlfriend. The answer of "f" is a lie 100% of the time and is usually a prelude to trolling.
