Tobias Ipswich is a Bunny Scout Private in the Troop-201, he was not so kind to Scout Sergeant Nicholas in his Troop-201 years, this was because he was spoiled and rich, unlike anyone else, he would later join the Troop-828 and fall in love with Portia Gibbons,

Biogarphy

Tobias was born in Christchurch Hosptial in 1996, on 1st April being April Fools Day to a rich and spoiled family,

He went to Troop-201 in 2001 and like so many others, he served under Mr Havlock, Tobias was not a kind man to Nicholas their-for he hurt him at times, this was due to his personallity and intersets of being cool, which he wasn't, his hair their-for was quite ugly and looked like a 50 year old man's styal, he carried the rank of Private, like most of the other scouts,

He like so many of the Troop-201 scouts went to the christchurch museum, and however he was with a friend of his Henri, who talked to him quite a lot, he didn't care for Kano, and their-for when he got claustrophobic and Kappus the Scout Captain had to save his life, however Tobias got super mean to Kano about what he did, but Kappus told him to shut-up, He also went with Kappus to the toilets, but he was super high and Kappus was angry and nearly injored him, but Henri stopped them from fighting on the drug, Mr Havlock told Tobias off for taking high drugs,
