Am I allowed to add Perished to this? He's far more famous that, for example, Baron von Bloodlust. Some 15 year old boy who calls himself the master troll, cybers with girls 11 - 14, spread rumors, "hacks" (downloads trainers). For some odd reason, hates anyone who has older "rare" items than him and will spread rumor about them.

Fixing Shit

Shit to fix up:

- Famous People, because you assholes used it to list people who made you butthurt.

- Staff, expanded on and updated. Xyo got fired because he wouldn't swallow.

- Forums, because a few pictures does not sum up this orgy of human stupidity.

Shit to be added:

- A link to some outdated auto-disabling bot/autoer. Should be hilarious if someone tries it.

- Proper Facebook/Twitter articles. Lists just seem shitty.

Yes the article needs cleaned up but that doesn't mean go remove everything, if someone is on the "Famous Players" (I changed it to players because most of them aren't considered 'people') then they are there because they are either a huge dick, or they added themselves. None of these people are famous. It's what happens when you have any game full of 12-year-olds. Look at Xat, Whirled and Platform Racing 2. Every child who gets on ED thinks it's a good idea to add people they don't like as some sort of coup d'etat or whatever they think they're accomplishing. In reality all it does is create huge, unfunny lists about people nobody's even herd of. The worst part is the very existence of the list encourages more people to add more unfunny people who made them mad and then the list reaches critical mass from the countless users who don't come to the site to contribute beyond their personal vendettas. Then it leaves what already stretched thin staff we have to cover all the gross incompetence. If it were me I would have completely nuked the section, but seeing as to how User:Myth seems like he actually gets it and actually plays the game (A rare combination), I requested he do it in case anybody is actually notable in the sub-community. You're right, I didn't really look at the article much, I was just in game and saw it mentioned that someone had changed the article, I looked it up and saw that a lot was different and the particular player who first told me it was changed had been moved onto the list, I figured either someone was deleting everything or someone was adding themselves on to be cool or whatever they think good comes from being mentioned on ED. Upon further examination I noticed that the article HAD been cleaned up but a lot had been removed. Not everything needs to be removed to clean it up and a lot of the players on the "Famous" list are actually players I have seen and experienced their faggotry first hand, it isn't a list of popularity just yet. That being said I'll keep an eye on it, I did add a few players back on, not because I dislike them but because they actually ARE huge dicks. That being said the "Famous" list isn't a list of actually famous players, it's a shitlist.

AQW has a pretty trashy chat system so the only way to contact them in-game would be if they are online, and the only way to tell if they are online is to have them on your friends list. So there is really no way to contact them most of the time. Although, they are always in the same spot in the same rooms almost 24/7 so I could add that if anyone wants to go looking for them.

Updates (To be)

I think most of this is passable now. (Notable Players aside because none of the other editors can type a sentence without talking about cock)

The only things that really need updating now would be the Classes section and occasionally Notable Players. This does not mean "X upset me so I will say bad things about them" nor does this mean "I want to be famous online so I am going to write about how I am a master troll" so if you have either of these in mind I'd suggest drinking acetone.

I'll polish off the Gameplay section and the Classes section. At the moment the Classes section is a clusterfuck so I'll just put shit in collapsible tabs. I was also thinking of dividing up the Notable Players section into servers through the power of collapsible tabs (thanks Mike). Only problem is I don't know about shit for what goes on outside Sir Ver or on Twitter so someone else would have to fill in these parts.

Removing a few names

I'm thinking a few of the people up there really don't deserve their entries anymore. Baron von Bloodlust hasn't logged in for months and D hasn't actually done anything dramatic apart from buy junk in AQW; no online romances, no free items, no scandal. The rest on that list is fine.

Although, a major part of the game is how pathetic some of these people act like the game is their life. A few of the notable players could still contribute to the article, but only a few. I think the point of posting them on here is trying to hurt their feelings, which a lot of times it works as most people who come on this article to vandal, always blank that section of "Notable Players". But ultimately it contributes nothing of lulz to the entire topic I'd say at this point other then getting one anal twister mad who comes and blanks the article now and again claiming "the ed team is just jelly" which who knows, that could be the case. Some of the entries were funny to read, but meh looking back it looks like a huge stalker slander circlejerk. The staff section on another note should stay as it is important. Right now the section sucks though, and should be a focus. It's kinda like how Notch has his own section on the Minecraft article.
