Busted Animation Previews
If you've got any animated images that need fixed, with broken previews, like this needed:
Let me know and I can fix them when I've got some free time. It's either the file size or the frame counts that are mucking them up, so far 60 frames and 1.18 Megabytes seems to be the threshold limit. The original, ~100 frames and 1.84 Megabytes got mucked up. So it might be anything over ~1.5 Megabytes or anything over ~60 to ~75 frames. Anyway, I have a proggie that can cull animation frames every X number of frames, which reduces the frame count and file sizes while not having a super huge impact on the overall image animation. --Onideus 18:21, 9 May 2013 (EDT)
Oh, and it most definetly ~is~ the frame count and NOT the file size, case in point:
File size is only 107 Kilobytes, but it has 185 frames. Mmmm, as long as the image's overall dimensions aren't larger than the default preview size though it's not really an issue (like in this example I specifically reduced the dimensions below thumbnail size).
I'm thinking about ~taking~ one to be honest...I mean...do you think they would try and put me in jail for that?

Well, "Lights Out, Everybody" did it back in 1945 with a little show they called "The Day the Sun Exploded". It just cuts in with no warning that this is a radio show starting with a happy "why can't we just live in peace?", then a bunch of speeches about brotherhood and harmony... and suddenly the sun explodes!

Bleh, never use the crap at work/school. Get yerself a nice Knoppix setup on a bootable CD or bootable flash drive. It'll turn a section of the system's memory into a RAM drive to install itself onto...leaves zero trace and you can run whatever the hell you like.
