PNG slowly became common, based on the fact, that the [[Fucktard|programmers of Microsoft]] were too lazy to support PNG images until [[fail|version 7 of Windows]].
PNG has been around since the mid 1990's, but you wouldn't have guessed this since [[Microsoft]] didn't start supporting it until the late 2000's, long after [[Firefox]] and [[Chrome]]. It has many advantages over GIF, such as more colors, semi-transparencies, and better compression. Because of this it is the preferred format for [[basement dwellers]] to store [[lolicon]] [[hentai]].

PNG is an open image format created to replace the patent-ridden GIF format, hence the name: Pay No Gold (to the Jews).

PNG has been around since the mid 1990's, but you wouldn't have guessed this since Microsoft didn't start supporting it until the late 2000's, long after Firefox and Chrome. It has many advantages over GIF, such as more colors, semi-transparencies, and better compression. Because of this it is the preferred format for basement dwellers to store lolicon hentai.
