On January 18, 2017, 11 months before user:AlGore's shooting, and 6 before user:EGSAndrew's at a Weiss Market, the first Columbiner beaner wanted to do something to shock the whole Latin-American borders. And so here he is, armed with an handgun, some ammo and Aspergers, Federico Guevara Elizondo, a 15 year old beaner with an aspiring for the High Score (which he won't achieve). He created a nice change of pace in the South American landscape as a whole, being dominated by the cartel. Hooray to him... I guess? He killed one person and injured 7 before epicly joining the An Heros.
