CustomGrow420 (AKA Jolie Olie, Joel Hradecky) is an American stoner who smokes weed all day and gets paid for it. He also has an active presence on YouTube, Instagram and Twitch.
Throughout his time on the internet, Joel has made many memorable videos and become somewhat of an urban legend in the weed communities. He has also been involved in some pretty lulzy things, including being a Juggalo, getting arrested for robbery and assault, getting arrested for smoking weed on an old ass bridge, having his house burn down and raffling off a puppy.
Background
Humble Beginnings
Joel Hradecky created the YouTube channel "CustomGrow420" March 20th, 2013 and began posting videos of him and occasionally his friends smoking that good ol' ganja. Several of his videos became pretty popular due to his over the top stereotypical stoner way of life and behaviour. At this point, he was already married to Emily "CustomWife420" Hradecky with kids.
Rise to fame
Arguably, the videos that really made him popular and spawned the most YTP were titled "1 GRAM DAB CHALLENGE!! WARNING DRIPPAGE" and "THE LUNG BUSTER!!!! 30 INCHES OF DOOM!!!!!". Both videos were uploaded sometime in 2015. Popular YouTubers at the time, Filthy Frank and h3h3Productions included video and audio clips from these two videos in some of their videos, further cementing Joel's status as a modern weed icon.

2006 Robbery & Assault Charges
Way back in the days of 2006, when Joel was a juggalo he and his friends were going out to get drunk as usual when suddenly, they decided to rob some people with machetes. He went on the lam but was later arrested, plead guilty and spent almost three and a half years in prison.
The Bridge Incident
Some time during February 2016, Joel and some of his friends decided to film themselves smoking weed and fucking around atop Vance Creek Bridge, an old ass railroad bridge. He uploaded the video and was subsequently v&, charged with criminal trespassing and sentenced to 45 days house arrest with an ankle bracelet.

CustomGrow420 VS JewTube
Over the years, the CustomGrow420 channel has been terminated several times by JewTube itself, due to Joel often using it to promote bongs, pipes, weed strains etc, and JewTubes increasing pressure to remain family friendly for ad money. The first time this happened was in April of 2018, when it (and many other weed-channels) were taken down, however CustomGrow420 was later reinstated in June of the same year.
The Puppy Giveaway
Early in 2020, Joel teamed up with a local dog breeder and announced a giveaway on his instagram, in which three winners would recieve their very own puppy.
Woman and fellow weed-influencer Koala Puffs (Anjela Gotsulyak
) got butthurt because she didn't get the idea first, and decided to contact him in an attempt to shame him into deleting the post and cancelling the giveaway, probably so she could do it instead. However, Joel is no fool and called her out on her bullshit, branding Angie a "Karen". Joel started posting epic memes of Koala Puffs, leading to her getting even more butthurt and a fair share of back and forth drama.

Burning Down The House
On October 27th, 2020, one of Joel's kids lit a blanket on fire on their balcony, dropped it downstairs lighting the whole house on fire and incinerating absolutely everything, including Joel's computers, cameras, bongs and beloved gaming chair.
Shortly after this happened, his channel was yet again terminated, probably for the same reason as last time. It was however back up sometime before April 20th the following year. In the weeks after the fire, Joel and his family lived in a hotel before finding another house to move into.
