Captain Underpants is a graphic novel filled with toilet humor and follows two kids named Goerge Beard and Harold Hutchins who go on adventures with an MKULTA victim and/or child abuse victim who, at the snap of a finger, beleives he is a superhero and starts stripping down and running around their school in his underpants.
The duo run an illicit comic book company on the side featuring a retarded superhero who literally flies around in his underpants whom they have hypnotized their principal into becoming.

| Mr. Krupp / Captain Underpants | George and Harold's cruel and spiteful principal who is always looking for exuses to put them in detention. One day George and Harold got fed up with his bullshit and hypntized him into beleiving he was their superhero OC, Captain Underpants. Now at the snap of a finger, he strips down to his underwear and runs around his elementary while half-naked and returns to normal after being splashed with water. Sometimes this has unintended conequenses, as George and Harold are apparently not the onlt ones who know how to snap their fingers. |

| Melvin Sneedly | A nerdy teacher's pet with no sense of humor. He is always ratting out George and Harold to Principal Krupp for all the pranks they pull off. Also an inventer of fine plot devices that George and Harold are known to fidddle around with. |

- Crackers - A pteradactal that was adopted by George and Harold.

| Tippy Tinkletrousers | Formerly Professor Poopypants, is an inventer and reoccurring villian who initially moved to America to shear his inventions with the world, but he was laughed out of every single important college he had enrolled in, all because of his ridiculous name. Years later, he began teaching at George and Harolds school in Ohio, but it was shortlived once George and Harold revealed that his middlename was Pee Pee and therafter becoming a laughing stalk. The final straw was when George and Harold wrote a comic featuring him as the villain, which destroyed any last bit of sanity he had in him and made him go mad for revenge. |

| Captain Blunderpants | The evil version of Captain Underpants from an alternate dimension. He has two sidekicks, both evil versions of George Beard and Harold Hutchins. Conversly, when water is splashed on his face, he turns into a kind principal. |
