Wikipedian in an inclusive sense means anyone who visits the site, or perhaps anyone who edits it, or registers an account.
In a narrower context it means obsessed freaks who game the system to get their way, ignoring policy and setting up vote-gangs to push people out of the community if they don't bow their heads.
