Sketchfu

Sketchfu, once intended to be a haven where aspiring artists could show each other deft digital artwork, Sketchfu is a clusterfuck of all of the reasons why we can't have nice things.

History

Beginnings of Potential / The Golden Age

In the beginning, said the Webmaster, "Let there be Sketchfu." And so it was born. The Webmaster then created the talented artists. They created their accounts with relativly creative usernames that contained no numbers or allusions to anime characters. This was known as The Golden Age. Art was usually anywhere from mildly ok to superb. Comments were welll thought out and offered critisism in a respectful manner. The Sketchfuians were much more free in this times, being able to say curse words more intense than "hell" or "damn" and drawing things that represented opinions. Yes, it was not a bad site. But good things don't last forever.

Types of Sketchfu Users

There are several types of Sketchfu users. However, they are all of the same genus of faggot, so don't take any classification to heart.

Senior Artists / Cynical Faggots

The older artists, while usually mildly good at what they do (shitting out psedo-realistic 500 x 600 pixel art from Sketchfu beacuse they are too lazy to use their retirement pensions to buy photoshop and put their art in an IRL gallery), are self-absorbed cynical assholes. Beacuse they have never gotten any pussy, they proceed to be dicks to kids and will promptly delete any comment on their page not by their internet "friends" who are just like them. They enjoy drawing "artistic nudes", also known to the general public as "pr0nz".

Moderators

Moderators go hand-in-hand with senior artists, the only difference being that they actually interact with whiny faggots. They enjoy handing out bans to people for arguing and role playing. They are addicted to banning, and will give no warning before they ban someone for saying "fuck" on their "14+" website.
