A Zoomer apparently is a member of Generation Z who shares similar politics as the Baby Boomer generation, and possibly leans Conservative. "Boomer" + "Generation Z" = "Zoomer", apparently.
However the phrase is used sparingly by unfunny newfags that also browse Reddit and ifunny on cuckchan, mostly on /pol/, and has gained the same widespread usage like "soyboy" has.
