Be from somewhere where murder isn't an everyday occurrence and people actually care when you go on a shooting rampage. If you speak English and are white, you probably have this covered.
Play violent video games (the Grand Theft Auto and Manhunt series and FPS games like Doom, Call of Duty, Battlefield, Halo, etc are a good place to start) and listen to metal (Marilyn Manson, Slipknot, etc are good). They will train you to kill better and will ensure that after the murder and harm is over you can continue the lulz by ensuring that misguided idiots everywhere will be wiped up into a rage of fascism and will push for censorship laws.
It is preferable, but not nessesary, that all firearms or other weapons used and/or any ingredients used to make explosives are aquired legally so that, like in section 2, retards will call for stricter gun/weapon laws and attempt to demonise anyone who has an interest or hobby in firearms and the like afterwards. This has the doubley lulzy effect that if stricter gun/weapon laws are passed, and anyone decides to follows in your footsteps, their victims will be even more disarmed and helpless than they were before, leading to MOER HIGH SCORE LULZ!1!111!one!1!
Leave behind lulzy, dramawhore statements and media stating that everyone killed or injured deserved it because no one understood you so you will be remembered. Nobody cares about a vanilla killer.
Ensure the vast majority of the people you kill have absolutely nothing to do with your problem and most likely don't even know you. They still deserve it.
It is customary that when you've satisfied your bloodlust/run out of ammo/been cornered by police or some other armed individial/etc to off yourself. This does not count as a kill, but it does make you an hero.
