1guy1knee is one of the more mild shock videos, made in April 2013. It features a young man sticking a 25 gauge hypodermic needle into his left knee (which he says has been anesthetized with lidocaine), and then withdrawing several milliliters of light yellow synovial fluid (the stuff that makes your joints bend smoothly).
He then squirts the synovial fluid into a shot glass, and drinks it. He comments that it tastes sweet and salty.
